In this role, you will provide psychiatric services within a primary care setting at our Milton and Malta practices.# As a member of our multidisciplinary team, work in close collaboration with Primary Care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, Behavioral Health Clinicians, Care Managers, and other clinical / administrative support staff. Primary Job Responsibilities: Assessment: Functions independently to perform age-appropriate mental health assessments to patients with a psychiatric diagnosis.# Provides assessments, crisis response, medication management, direct mental health services, and medical record documentation, as required.
